| From Philadelphia, Bristol and Middletown: Take I-95 North to Exit 51 toward New Hope and Washington Crossing State Park. Turn left off exit ramp at Taylorsville Rd/Upper River Rd. Continue to follow Taylorsville Rd 2.9 miles Turn left at PA-532/Washington Crossing Rd. (Shell Oil station on conrer) Continue 0.1 miles. Turn right at Bartons Mill Drive. Enter Community (Traditions) via the Visitors Gate. Enter code 0234 on the keypad. Phone will call the Linus' home for entry. Proceed uphill 0.1 mile. Turn right at Beidler Drive. Proceed 100 ft and turn into parking lot to the right of the clubhouse. Walk downhill to 18 Beidler Drive about 250 feet. Enter front door on the right side of the home. If you get lost, call (215) 493-8665. From Trevose, Holand, Langhorne and Newtown: Follow PA-532/Washington Crossing Rd. about 5.5 miles out of Newtown. Turn left at Bartons Mill Drive. Enter Community (Traditions) via the Visitors Gate. Enter code 0234 on the keypad. Phone will call the Linus' home for entry. Proceed uphill 0.1 mile. Note, if you cross Taylorsville Rd. or pass the Shell station, you've gone too far. Turn right at Beidler Drive. Proceed 100 ft and turn into parking lot to the right of the clubhouse.
